Lightweight snow plough for professional winter maintenance
The PV snow plough is the lightest model in the RIKO Ribnica product range and is designed for efficient snow clearing on local roads, sidewalks, parking areas, yards and other urban traffic surfaces. Its low weight makes it an ideal solution for compact municipal vehicles, tractors and other utility machines where manoeuvrability, low vehicle load and ease of operation are essential.
The compact design ensures safe operation in narrow streets and confined spaces while providing reliable snow removal, a long service life and low maintenance costs.
Single-segment construction
The single-segment design provides excellent visibility, low weight and easy manoeuvrability, even in confined areas. Its robust steel construction ensures a long service life and reliable performance during daily operation in demanding winter conditions.
Triple protection system
The proven triple protection system consists of spring-loaded trip flaps, support elements in the form of skids or caster wheels, and a hydraulic shock protection system. This design allows the plough to safely pass over obstacles, reduces stress on the carrier vehicle and maintains continuous cutting edge contact with the road surface for efficient snow clearing.
Hydraulic control
The snow plough is hydraulically controlled via the carrier vehicle’s control lever. If required, it can also be equipped with its own electro-hydraulic system (EHS), allowing operation on vehicles without an integrated hydraulic system.
Mounting on vehicles and utility machines
Various mounting options are available for municipal vehicles, tractors and other utility machines. In addition to standard mounting plates and three-point linkage, the plough can be adapted to different carrier vehicles and machines, ensuring quick installation and removal.
Cutting edge options
The PV snow plough is supplied as standard with wear-resistant steel cutting edges. Rubber, polyurethane and combined cutting edges are also available for efficient snow clearing on sensitive surfaces such as granite, ceramic paving, concrete pavers and other decorative surfaces.
