Characteristics

The SPV snow plough is a front-mounted wedge plough with variable modes of operation. It is designed to provide manoeuvrability and good transport. The SPV snow plough consists of two segments, which are controlled from the vehicle’s cabin. The wings can be moved individually or synchronously, which allows for several different ploughing methods: straight ploughing, A – first ploughing and Y – complete removal of snow without side dumping.

SPV is an excellent choice for performing various tasks of the winter service and is primarily intended for locations with narrow roads and parking spaces, where its variable geometry and the ability to adapt to the width of the area are best expressed.

Plough protection system

A proven and reliable safety system through spring folding flaps and support skates or wheels. The springs of the blade create a force that ensures a constant contact of the blade with the surface, ensuring high-quality ploughing even when going through an obstacle, as the blades automatically return to their operating position.

Installation and mounting options

In addition to standard fixing plates and a three-point hitch, we also offer an option for installation on various types of vehicles or working machines. In the design and construction phases, we always follow all standards and ensure that mounting or demounting of the plough is quick and simple.

Drive and control

The plough is hydraulically operated via a control lever and/or an LCD colour display from the vehicle cabin. The hydraulic system on the plough consists of reliable proven components. The snow plough may be driven by a plough-mounted electro-hydraulic system (EHS) or a hydraulic unit of the vehicle. EHS is a simple solution for controlling the plough on vehicles that do not have their own hydraulic unit.

Blades

The plough is basically equipped with wear-resistant metal blades, rubber, polyurethane or combined blades can be installed if desired. The latter are used on surfaces such as granite, ceramics and the like.
