Features

The Sirius Combi AST series allows multiple spreading methods – dry material, pre-wetted salt, or liquid. Available with various hopper sizes, they can be adapted to different types of trucks. Additional front-mounted tanks provide increased liquid capacity and are an integral part of the Combi series design, enabling efficient brine spreading according to user requirements. The Epoke dosing system ensures horizontal and even hopper discharge, maintaining a stable center of gravity even at higher operating speeds.

The S-4900 model is equipped with a liquid spreading system via special nozzles on the spinner, allowing combined dry and liquid spreading from a single point. The S-4902 model includes a spray bar with nozzles for precise liquid distribution across the entire spreading width.

When using the spinner, the spreader can operate at speeds up to 60 km/h for dry material, while the spray bar allows liquid spreading up to 90 km/h. Spreading width is up to 12 meters for dry material and up to 11 meters for liquid.

All components are designed for fast and efficient operation. Hydraulic and electrical systems are protected in an enclosed compartment. The telescopic hopper allows adjustable length, operable by a single person, while the integrated ladder provides easy access to the spinner assembly. The tarp opens across the full width for easy access and maintenance.

The system was developed with service experts to ensure easy maintenance. Integrated safety guard and flexible mounting solutions ensure correct weight distribution. Control points are safely accessible, and the spreader responds quickly to changing weather – even during operation.

The system allows independent operation and automatic adjustment of spreading rate according to driving speed, further enhancing efficiency and safety.

Drive and Control

The Sirius Combi AST spreader can be powered by the vehicle’s hydraulic system or its own petrol engine, offering flexibility according to truck configuration and user needs. Control is via the advanced EpoMaster system, designed for demanding users.

EpoMaster includes a range of advanced software-supported functions, usable individually or as an integrated system. Despite its wide capabilities, operation remains clear and focused on driving safety. Intuitive menu structure, clear symbols, and popular buttons enable fast training of new operators and efficient work in all weather conditions.

Advanced EpoMaster features for intelligent and efficient spreading:

• EpoSat – GPS-controlled spreading along predefined routes for precision and optimized material use
• EpoSat Web App – web application for route planning directly from the office

• Navigation – accurate route and direction display, voice guidance, and “return to route” function for additional driver support

Corrosion Protection

Surface treatment includes sandblasting, corrosion protection with two-component zinc coating, and a final coat according to the RAL color scale as per user requirements.
