The Sirius AST spreader series includes large and versatile spreaders that can be equipped with different hopper sizes, making them adaptable to all types of trucks. The Epoke dosing principle ensures horizontal and even emptying of the hopper, maintaining a stable center of gravity even at operating speeds of up to 60 km/h. A well-thought-out design, proven components, and high manufacturing quality ensure reliability and long service life. Over the years of development, Sirius AST has proven to be one of the most reliable spreaders in the winter service segment.

Sirius AST spreaders are available in three sizes:

• SMALL – compact version for smaller vehicles where space is limited.
• MEDIUM – the optimal choice for two-axle trucks.
• LARGE – designed for vehicles with a longer wheelbase, typically with three or more axles.

Everything on the Sirius AST spreader is designed to get the job done optimally and in the shortest possible time. The spreader features a protected compartment for hydraulic and electrical components. The telescopic chute allows for an adjustable length, which can be set by a single operator. The integrated ladder provides easy access to the spreading disc assembly, while the tarpaulin opens across the full width of the spreader.

The system is developed in cooperation with experts, ensuring easy maintenance. The safety railing is integrated into the tarpaulin system. The solutions are adaptable to all types of trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution.

Operator stations are safely reachable and easily accessible. The spreader allows quick response to changing weather conditions – even during operation. Sirius AST is a highly efficient spreader, capable of handling dry salt, pre-wetted salt, sand, and gravel. The system allows independent operation and automatic adjustment of spreading quantity according to driving speed.

Drive and control

The Sirius AST spreader is powered either by the vehicle’s hydraulic system or by its own petrol engine. Control is possible with two advanced systems: EpoMini and EpoMaster.

EpoMini combines functionality, simplicity, and accessibility. It is equipped with illuminated buttons and a high-contrast color display, enabling clear understanding of settings and quick overview of spreading profiles. It is ideal for users who want reliable operation without complicated settings.

EpoMaster is intended for more demanding users. It includes advanced software solutions that can be used individually or as an integrated system. Despite its many functions, control remains simple and focused on driving safety. Its intuitive menu structure, clear symbols, and favorite buttons allow for quick training of new operators.

Advanced EpoMaster system functions for smart and efficient spreading:

• EpoTherm – automatically adjusts spreading quantity according to temperature.
• EpoSat – GPS-controlled spreading along predefined routes for precision and optimized material usage.
• EpoSat Web App – web application for editing spreading routes directly from the office.
• EpoData – web-based solution for data collection, reporting, and fleet management.
• EpoData also allows sending EpoSat routes directly to the spreader from the office.
• Navigation – precise route and driving direction display, voice instructions, and a “return to route” function for additional driver support.

Anti-corrosion protection

The surface treatment includes sandblasting, rust protection with a two-component zinc coating, and a final top coat in the desired RAL color.

Installation and mounting options

Epoke spreaders allow for different types of mounting systems:
