Vehicle upgrades for attachments
Mounting systems, hydraulic systems and electrical installations
Smart solutions for all types of vehicles.
Our team develops vehicle upgrades for attachments and municipal vehicle upgrades that enable the safe and efficient use of snow ploughs, spreaders, sweepers, telescopic mowers and other municipal attachments. The mounting systems are designed to withstand high loads, torsional forces and dynamic impacts during vehicle operation. In development, we combine many years of experience with modern vehicle measuring and 3D scanning methods, ensuring precise adaptation to each individual vehicle.

We offer front, rear and side mounting plates for trucks, tractors and other special-purpose vehicles. The systems enable quick attachment of various implements and reduce vehicle preparation time for seasonal and maintenance work. Fixed or quick-change chassis solutions are available for spreaders and other attachments.
For tractor upgrades, we provide tailor-made solutions. We install fixed or quick-change mounting systems and, where required, add chassis reinforcements, guards and adapters for various attachments.

Each vehicle upgrade is manufactured to high quality standards. The structure is resistant to torsion and bending and adapted to the requirements of the individual vehicle and attachments. For completed upgrades, we prepare the relevant technical documentation and reports, helping to simplify homologation procedures, technical inspections and the registration of vehicle modifications.
Mechanical upgrades enable fast installation and replacement of attachments between different work tasks. They are suitable for snow ploughs, spreaders, telescopic mowers, mulchers, sweepers and other municipal attachments. This allows one vehicle to perform several different functions throughout the year, which is an important advantage of municipal vehicle upgrades for year-round use.
Our wide range of hydraulic vehicle upgrades enables the operation of spreaders, liquid sprayers, snow ploughs, sweepers and other hydraulic attachments. Hydraulic systems provide power and control for attachments on municipal, road maintenance and service vehicles and are adapted to the requirements of each attachment in terms of oil flow, working pressure and the number of hydraulic functions.
Available systems include EHS (single-circuit), DHS (dual-circuit) and THS (triple-circuit). For all three, we also offer intelligent iHS – Intelligent Hydraulic Systems solutions, which include protective and intelligent elements. These allow the operator to focus on driving while the hydraulic system automatically ensures optimal attachment performance.

Hydraulic systems are designed according to the number and type of connected devices and complemented by an advanced control unit. The standard solution is the RRiC unit with a control joystick, touchscreen display and buttons, while more demanding users can choose iCOM with a control joystick and a separate LCD control panel, enabling complete control over all attachments. Through the system, the operator can monitor attachment operation in real time, adjust parameters and receive warnings about potential faults or service requirements.
The system includes numerous features:

We offer additional electrical upgrades that improve the visibility of the vehicle and attachments in traffic and increase safety at work. Electrical upgrades include the installation of warning lights, work lights, cameras, additional electrical connections and control systems for attachments. They are intended to increase the safety, visibility and functionality of the vehicle when carrying out municipal, maintenance and winter service operations.
Rotating warning beacons, LED flashers, light boards and other traffic signalling elements can be installed on the cab or chassis. We also install raised work lights in LED or halogen versions, which replace the vehicle’s standard lights when they are obstructed by an attachment and provide the driver with good visibility of the road, even in demanding winter conditions.
Electrical upgrades can also include cameras for monitoring attachments, additional cameras, additional sockets and integration with the vehicle’s existing electronic systems. This ensures safe and efficient operation of attachments during work.

Which attachments can be installed on a vehicle?
Mounting and hydraulic systems enable the use of snow ploughs, spreaders, sweepers, mowers, mulchers, liquid sprayers and other municipal attachments. The solution is adapted to the intended use and technical characteristics of the vehicle.
Which vehicles are suitable for upgrades?
We manufacture upgrades for trucks, tractors and other special-purpose vehicles. The systems are adapted to the individual vehicle model and user requirements. We also carry out conversions and adaptations of Unimog vehicles when the standard vehicle configuration does not allow the desired use, or when certain requirements were not foreseen at the vehicle ordering stage.
Is a tailor-made solution possible?
Each mounting, hydraulic or electrical system is designed according to the selected attachments, working conditions and intended vehicle use.
I already have a vehicle. Can it be upgraded for municipal use and attachments?
In most cases, this is possible. Based on the documentation or an inspection of the vehicle, we check the possibilities for installing mounting, hydraulic and electrical systems and prepare a suitable solution for the selected attachments.
My vehicle does not have a prepared power take-off for a hydraulic pump. What are the options?
This is usually not an obstacle. For vehicles without a prepared power take-off, various solutions are available, from electro-hydraulic systems to other methods of driving attachments. We also offer attachments that do not require a conventional vehicle hydraulic system for their operation.
How do I choose or configure the right vehicle for an upgrade?
We provide advice on vehicle selection already at the investment planning stage. In cooperation with manufacturers and dealers, we help determine the appropriate chassis, payload, drive system, hydraulic preparation and other equipment according to the intended work. With the correct configuration, later modifications and additional costs can often be avoided.
Do you also carry out upgrades on site?
Yes. We also carry out installations at the customer’s location. Projects are carried out throughout Europe, and for many vehicles we already have developed standard solutions. Before starting a project, we can carry out an inspection, measurement and technical assessment of the vehicle, and check the possibilities for installation and adaptation to the customer’s requirements.
Are the upgrades compatible with AEBS (Advanced Emergency Braking System) and other assistance systems on new trucks?
Yes. When designing upgrades, we take into account radar sensors, cameras and other components of AEBS and other vehicle assistance systems. We have experience with vehicles from manufacturers such as MAN (EBA and ACC systems), Mercedes-Benz (ABA system), Renault Trucks, Volvo, Scania, Iveco, DAF and other manufacturers. We actively monitor manufacturer developments and create solutions that ensure the compatibility of upgrades with new vehicle generations and their safety requirements.
We are aware that only quick and professional assistance ensures efficient work with our products. Therefore, we pay great attention to after-sales cooperation. A well-equipped service department ensures that your work runs smoothly in all seasons. In winter, we provide you with 24-hour assistance and offer help even in the most difficult conditions.
