Description
The MB 200 bitumen sprayer is a professional mobile unit designed for the application of bitumen emulsion during asphalt maintenance and road repair. It is suitable for repairing damaged asphalt surfaces and cracks, preparing the surface before asphalt paving, and constructing new asphalt surfaces.
The operating principle is based on pumping bitumen emulsion from a standard drum mounted together with the spraying unit on a mobile transport trolley. During operation, the emulsion is preheated and delivered through a high-pressure hose to a manually operated spray nozzle.
The continuously adjustable spray cone allows precise control of the spray width and application rate according to the specific job requirements, ensuring uniform application of the bitumen emulsion and efficient material consumption.
The unit is powered by a reliable air-cooled RATO R210 petrol engine with an output of 7 HP, providing dependable performance even under intensive professional use. After operation, the system can be quickly and easily cleaned by flushing with diesel fuel, reducing preparation time for the next use and extending the service life of the equipment.
