CoreShred Dual-shaft primary shredder
The CoreShred dual-shaft primary shredder is designed for a wide range of applications and materials. For every performance requirement, a suitable machine is available: the compact CoreShred 250 for smaller quantities, the CoreShred 800 for the mid-range segment, and the CoreShred 900 for high-performance demands. With the innovative quick-change system, the shredding unit can be easily adapted to your needs, while the appropriate rotor types ensure an optimal solution depending on the selected machine model.
The CoreShred product line offers the right machine for every performance requirement. All three models come with extensive standard equipment, making these robust and versatile dual-shaft shredders a highly competitive series with an excellent price-to-performance ratio.

Rotor types
The better the tool is adapted to the material, the better the shredding result. For fast and efficient rotor changes, a cassette quick-change system has been developed, enabling easy adjustment of the shredding unit according to material requirements.
CONCRETE ROTOR: Rotor for construction waste. The CoreShred 250 is optimally equipped for reliable shredding of construction debris.
METAL ROTOR: Rotor for metal waste. Mainly used in the CoreShred 900 for shredding automotive and light metal waste.
STAR ROTOR: Universal rotor. Provides flexible applications and maximum versatility for all CoreShred models.
PADDLE ROTOR: Rotor for municipal waste. The best choice for commercial waste, rubber, waste tyres, natural and waste wood, paper, and cardboard. Available for all CoreShred models.
