It is powered by the world-famous Caterpillar diesel generator, or a CEE plug in the main power grid at the operator’s premises.

A simple yet robust construction allows separating materials into two fractions (heavy and light). With additional extensions, the AirFlex 1500 is equipped for all usual applications and can easily separate for example construction residues, construction waste, compost, waste wood, packaging materials, plastic bottles and pre-treated metal waste.

Operation

Description

Universal screening and separation machine operating on the drum screen principle. The size of the screened material is determined by the screen opening (5–120 mm). The Doppstadt SM screens separate materials and offer a wide range of solutions, including for often changing requirements. The controlled material delivery, depending on the load, ensures optimal usage of a large screening space. The SM series separation systems are designed for screening soil, compost, commercial waste, waste wood, construction materials, residues, sand, gravel and much more. It is also recommended to remove iron with a magnetic separator on the outlet conveyor belts. It is also possible to upgrade the screen with an air-based separator.

Description

AK type shredders are suitable for final shredding to desired granulation. The size of the granulation can be easily determined by selecting an appropriate outlet grille size of 30–400 mm.

Rotor types

STAR ROTOR: Universal rotor. Provides flexible applications and maximum versatility for all CoreShred models.
